Stacey Lewis

Healthwatch Manager: Stacey Lewis

Stacey leads and manages the work of Healthwatch Wolverhampton. She will guide and support the Healthwatch Wolverhampton Board to ensure our work programme addresses the health and care needs of local people in the context of local and national health and care priorities and developments. She manages our engagement team and oversees the work of our volunteers, to encourage public involvement and participation in the monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of health and social care services. She promotes the value of listening to patient and public feedback and represents the views of local people to those responsible for health and care in the city to inform decisions about service development and improvement.

Engagement Officer: Luke Guy

Luke's role is to seek out and listen to the people who live in Wolverhampton, to hear their experiences of using health and care services and record the issues and concerns raised by individuals and groups that are then used to inform commissioners and service providers. He also signposts people to where they can get the best support to help them, and works with our volunteers in order to further research and develop particular projects that form part of Healthwatch Wolverhampton’s Work Plan.

Volunteer Officer: Andrea Cantrill

Andrea is the main point of contact for Healthwatch Wolverhampton volunteers, ensuring they are supported in their roles. She is also responsible for recruiting new volunteers, coordinating all volunteer activities including arranging induction sessions, on-going training, and volunteer supervision. Her role also includes identifying and leading on new projects which reach into local communities.

Information and Signposting Administrator: Harrianne Cresswell

Harrianne makes sure our office runs smoothly, and she provides admin support for the team and the Board, including preparing documents, organising meetings and events, developing our contacts database, and recording people’s feedback about local services on our system. She is also the first point of contact for enquiries about our work and for people looking for information about local services and support. Harrianne plays a key role in raising awareness of our work on social media, letting people know about our projects, events, and opportunities to get involved.
