Enter and View: Bilston Health Centre

This was a semi-announced Enter and View visit which was conducted at Bilston Health Centre to gather feedback from patient’s experience in the practice and observe the environment and information provided to them. This followed Healthwatch Wolverhampton's previous visit to the Health Centre in February 2019 where a number of recommendations were made, so this was an opportunity to revisit.

Summary of Findings

The practice manager was very cooperative during our visit and recognised where improvements could be made. While some recommendations from the February report have been made, unfortunately not all of them have been instigated. Therefore, the recommendations made within this latest report are of a similar nature.
